These Terms of Service apply to purchases from eCold, a small Los Angeles store selling bath oil beads and related bath cosmetics. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and use
Our bath oil beads are cosmetics intended for normal bath use as described on the product page and packaging. Products are sold as-is. Read the product information and ingredient details before use, follow the directions, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep products away from children and avoid contact with eyes. We do not make warranties beyond what is required by applicable law, and we do not promise that a product will meet a particular personal preference or result.
Prices and payment
Prices and product availability may change. Payment is handled through the payment options shown at checkout, including PayPal or Stripe where available. An order is accepted when we confirm it; if an item is unavailable or an obvious listing error occurs, we will contact you and may cancel and refund that order.
Shipping
We currently offer free shipping within the United States. We aim to ship orders in about 24 hours, but carrier transit times and delays are outside our control. We will use the shipping address provided at checkout. Please contact us if an order appears damaged, is missing, or has not arrived after a reasonable delivery period.
Returns and refunds
Because bath and cosmetic products may be opened or used, contact us before sending anything back. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ecold.com with your order details and, when useful, photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Unopened returns may be considered case by case; contact us first. We do not promise refunds for products that have been opened or used, except where required by law.
Orders and account details
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, phone number, and shipping address. We may contact you about your order using the details you provide. Please review your order before submitting it.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, eCold is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without changing any rights you may have under applicable law.
